Zipster Delivery Services - Effective August 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Zipster Delivery Services (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the Fleet Cadence application and related services (the “Service”). Fleet Cadence is a workforce-operations tool for Amazon Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) and their employees.

Who controls your data. The Service is provided to delivery companies (each a “DSP”) for use by their staff. If you are an employee or contractor of a DSP, your employer decides what information is entered and how it is used - your employer is the controller of that information, and we process it on their behalf. Questions about your own records should go to your employer first.

1. Information we collect

  • Account & identity: name, work email, role, and a hashed password. Optionally a phone number, profile photo, and employer-assigned identifiers (e.g. transporter or payroll IDs).
  • Employment & scheduling: shifts, attendance, time-off, and clock-in/out records - including data synced from your employer’s payroll/HR system (ADP Workforce Now) when they connect it.
  • Fleet & vehicle: vehicle assignments, inspection (DVIC) records, damage reports, and vehicle telematics/status pulled from fleet systems (e.g. Amazon Logistics, Rivian) when connected.
  • Performance: delivery scorecards and driver-metric data your employer imports.
  • Communications: in-app messages and any photos or files you attach.
  • Device & notifications: push-notification subscription tokens (if you enable notifications) and, for enrolled shared/work devices, a device marker used to sign the device out nightly.
  • Usage & logs: basic technical logs (timestamps, error details) needed to run and secure the Service. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

2. How we use information

  • To provide the Service - scheduling, dispatch, fleet and attendance tracking, messaging, and reports.
  • To send operational notifications you or your employer enable (e.g. shift reminders, safety alerts).
  • To keep the Service secure, diagnose problems, and prevent misuse.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. How information is shared

We share information only as needed to run the Service:

  • Within your DSP. Authorized staff at your employer (e.g. dispatchers, admins) can see the operational data their role permits. One DSP’s data is kept separate from another’s.
  • Service providers / sub-processors. Infrastructure and integration providers that host and operate the Service on our behalf - for example cloud hosting, and the integrations your employer connects (such as ADP Workforce Now and Amazon Logistics). They may process data only to provide their service to us.
  • Legal & safety. When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users, the public, or the Service.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.

4. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your employer maintains its account and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Your employer may delete or export records; when a DSP’s account is closed, associated data is deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period unless retention is legally required.

5. Security

We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, role-based access controls, and access over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your choices & rights

  • Access & correction: because your employer manages your records, contact your employer’s admin to review or correct your information.
  • Notifications: you can disable push notifications in your device or browser settings.
  • Regional rights: depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (access, deletion, portability). We honor applicable requests - contact us, and we will coordinate with your employer as the data controller.

7. Children

The Service is a workplace tool intended for adults employed by a DSP. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

8. Where data is processed

The Service is operated in the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, you understand your information is processed in the United States.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above and, where appropriate, notifying users in the Service.
